The 115 Echo Drive apartments are situated just minutes from Downtown Ottawa and Parliament Hill. Hobin Architecture’s design makes full use of the building’s prime location with views of the historic Rideau Canal. To protect local bird populations, the windows incorporate AviProtek® E pattern 226 on surface 1. A Solarban® 67 low-e coating on surface 2 improves energy performance. The insulated glass units were manufactured by SAAND Ottawa.
